Did anyone go to the warehouse sale for the various paintings over the weekend.  It was held on cnr of South & Grange.  I went along not expecting much, but was very impressed!  Not qutie the $1 bargains they claimed in the tv ads, but lots of funky / abstract pieces at $200 for very large size, or $100 for smaller.  I wouldn't read too much into the artists or original prices, but very cool nevertheless. Ended up going back a couple times and grabbing myself a couple :) Got a sweet one of a crowd at a rock concert, will post the pic when i get the painting.
